Our company manufactures Inlay/Overlay slabs, tiles, tabletops, borders, mosaics and sinks in semi precious stone like Lapis, Malachite, Tiger Eye, Tiger Iron, Tiger Blue, Mother of Pearl, Abalone Shell, all Jaspers, Aventurines and Agates etc. all scientifically chosen for healthy and hygienic environment.

Our international, highly trained personnel inspects and selects the best materials and hand-crafts each product individually, according to our specifications or those of our customers.

Production Process:
While the base is being prepared at our factory, gemologists hand select the best rough stones for the job to make sure the colours and veneers perfectly match.

Then our highly qualified gemstone cutters extract little pieces from the rough gemstone blocks or shell.
The next step is to laminate the pieces onto the base using a special adhesive.

GENRAL INFORMATION :

Standard sizes of our tiles are 1" x 1" (25mm x 25mm), 2" x 2" (51mm x 51mm), 4" x 4" (102mm x 102mm)and 12" x 12" (305mm x 305mm). Other shapes and dimensions can be custom manufactured if required.

Solid Tiles can be cut to various sizes and almost any thickness, limited only by the rough material's dimensions. The maximum size of a solid tile normally is 4" x 4" (102mm x 102mm). Some gemstones, e.g. Malachite, will only allow solid tiles of 2" x 2" (51mm x 51mm). You will find the maximum sizes for each individual gemstone in our price lists. The thickness of our standard tiles is about 6mm for small sizes and 7-8mm for the larger dimensions.

Mosaic Tiles are slightly thicker than solid tiles. The mosaic gemstone pattern is laminated to abase of ceramic man-made stone, marble, granite, Aluminum or to a matt Mosaic parts can be manufactured in almost any sizes shapes and designs making them the ideal choice for sinks countertops and other bathroom interior Checkerboard-Tiles can be manufactured with any combination of two or more gemstone-types.

Checker Board Tiles are made in combination of two different gemstones stones arranged in a check box style. Available in tile sizes of 102 cm x 102 cm.

Strips & Borders : Just like tiles we can manufacture strips and borders in any combination of stone shell in almost any size or fancy shape according to your designs.

Slabs : we manufacture gemstone slabs with a standard size of 270cm x 140cm. Slabs can be laminated with all available gemstones and shells.

Table Tops & Medallions : We manufacture table tops in any shape and from any combination of gemstones or precious shells. Depending on your needs the table tops will be laminated on to a base of marble granite or ceramic.

Product Care : Most gemstones have the same hardness as granite (approx 6.5 mobs). Even the softest ones are still harder than marble (3.5 mobs). Simply clean your gemstone tiles and products like granite or marble.
