While the base is being prepared at our factory, gemologists hand select the best rough stones for the job to make sure the colours and veneers perfectly match.
Then our highly qualified gemstone cutters extract little pieces from the rough gemstone blocks or shell.
The next step is to laminate the pieces onto the base using a special adhesive.
Standard sizes of our tiles are 1" x 1" (25mm x 25mm), 2" x 2" (51mm x 51mm), 4" x 4" (102mm x 102mm)and 12" x 12" (305mm x 305mm). Other shapes and dimensions can be custom manufactured if required.
